INPS CALL FOR EXECUTIVE MASTER’S PROGRAMMES A.Y. 2024/2025: GRANTS UP TO €7,000 FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

The University of Parma announces the opening of the INPS call aimed at supporting public employees interested in enrolling in Executive Master’s Programmes, including those offered by the University in the Healthcare sector. This significant financial benefit is designed to promote high-level education for public sector professionals, encouraging their professional development and upskilling.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Target Group: Permanent public employees enrolled in the unified credit and social benefits scheme. A minimum of 2 years of seniority after completing a previous Master’s programme is required.
  • Eligible Programmes: One- or two-year first- and second-level Master’s Programmes delivered by public, private, or online universities accredited by the Ministry of University and Research.
  • Attendance Period: Master’s programmes must take place between 1st October 2024 and 31st October 2025.

Financial Contributions:

  • Up to €7,000 for in-person Master’s Programmes at public or private universities.
  • Up to €5,000 for synchronous online Master’s Programmes provided by online universities.

Application Process:
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the INPS portal using SPID, CIE, or CNS credentials. The submission window opens on 26th November 2024 at 12:00 PM and closes on 16th December 2024 at 12:00 PM.

Selection Criteria:
The ranking will be based on:

  • Seniority of service in public administration.
  • ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator), with priority given to candidates with lower ISEE scores.
  • Bonus points for applicants who have not benefited from INPS scholarships for executive Master’s Programmes in recent academic years.

PA 110 E LODE: THE UNIVERSITY OF PARMA RENEWS ITS COMMITMENT TO TRAINING PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES

The University of Parma proudly announces its renewed participation in the PA 110 e Lode training programme for the academic years 2024/2025 and 2025/2026, reinforcing its dedication to supporting the professional development of public sector employees. On 23rd October 2024, the University signed a two-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Minister of Public Administration, opening its courses to public employees from all over Italy, regardless of their institution or location.

PA 110 e Lode is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and aims to enhance the professional skills of public administration staff, improving efficiency and effectiveness. The university courses included in this initiative cover a wide range of disciplines, enabling employees to acquire updated knowledge, enhance their existing skills, and foster professional growth within the public sector.

Eligibility and Enrolment:
The programme is open exclusively to public sector employees, a status that must be self-certified during enrolment and is subject to verification by the University and the Department of Public Administration. Detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, application deadlines, attendance requirements, and enrolment fees is provided in the official admission notice.

In addition to degree courses, public employees can also enrol in the University’s Healthcare Master’s Programmes, which are advanced training courses tailored for healthcare and social professionals. These programmes are available at two levels:

  • First-level Post-Graduate Programmes, designed to develop advanced skills and complement academic studies.
  • Second-level Post-Graduate Programmes, offering highly specialised and innovative training to prepare healthcare professionals for the challenges of the modern healthcare sector.
